Refund Policy: Refunds granted on all products & services within 24 hours of purchase only.
Replacement Policy: If your book order/s arrive in damaged condition, you will need to mail it back to us along with a copy of your receipt. We will replace the damaged book/s for a new book/s and return it to you promptly with complimentary shipping.

Supplier shall not reduce the amount of a Refund on a Return or Cancellation by the assessment of a restocking fee or any other charge for any Return that occurs in accordance with the Return Policy or for any Chargeback that occurs in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
