Being a 1^st time auth or it would be in my best interest to find an independent book publisher.  All new authors should be doing this.  I have always enjoyed creative writing and have finally written a book.  When contacting an independent book publisher make sure you let them know that you are a 1^st time author.  You should check and see if they can help a 1^st time author become number one.  I have chosen covantsignaturepublishing to be my independent book publisher for all of my creative writing books.
