After a long time of research I found the Independent book publisher that usually received great reviews on their books.  So I looked into why.  What I found is that the Independent book publisher always used the same book reviewer and I believe that is why they receive the great book reviews.  If you sign on with the Independent book publisher it is in the contract that you must use their book reviewer also.  The Independent book publisher and reviewer seem to make a fantastic team if you read all of the reviews that their books have received.
