Book Reviewer Alliance

FAQ

Please read through our site carefully for the answers and explanations you need before trying to contact us via email or phone. Thank you.

  • Is a Publishing Agreement needed for only one service?
Yes. Because it protects both the author as well as the publisher. Authors should never do business with any publisher who is not willing to provide an agreement for what type of services they will perform and for how much.

  • Can anyone submit for a book review?
Yes. Covenant Signature Publishing offers book review services to both independent authors and authors backed by mainstream publishers.

  • How did Covenant choose its book reviewers?
Very carefully. We did not hire just anyone off of the street. Our book reviewers are all college graduates in the literary field and many hold literary degrees.

  • What is the 5-Star System?
The Independent Book Reviewer Alliance does not allow book reviewers to judge book by opinion. Instead, each book reviewer must judge in accordance to industry standards. Those industry standards focus on five main points of every book, regardless of genre. It is the author's responsibility to make sure his/her book meets those standards to ensure the highest marks and a good review.

  • How do I list my book in the Covenant Carriage Bookstore?
Your book must first be submitted to any reviewer in the Book Reviewer Alliance. With a 4 or 5-Star rating (nothing lower) plus an invitation from the reviewer, you will then qualify to list your book in the Covenant Carriage Bookstore. There is no charge to list your book in our store. Featured listings are also available.
